Project Overview

Refurbishment and extension of “Building of Merit” located within two conservation areas in Fulham, London. Proposals include significant internal reconfiguration, rear kitchen and dining room extension, out shut extension providing new utility and family bathroom, pod office extension and roof extension housing new master bedroom with ensuite.

Proposals are mindful of both historic setting and adjacent pattern of development to deliver a scheme that maximises the potential of the site and meets while meeting the need of our clients brief. The kitchen extension utilises wide Crittall doors providing better connections with the generous garden. At second floor, a lightweight pod extension benefits from long views towards Parsons Green.

Reclaimed London stock brick and pressed metal are specified for the majority of works, reflecting the craft and materiality of the setting and wider vernacular.
