Planning permission granted for a highly sustainable replacement dwelling within the Tamar Valley National Landscape!

The L shaped plan is orientated around a south facing, vernacular clad courtyard of timber and natural stone taking cues from the agricultural landscape. The two gabled wings respond to a generous wilded plot with swim pond – achieving a massive 61% biodiversity net gain.
